    I would agree they appear to be opaline glass and of continental origin. The decoration looks quite French.

    Are the feet claw and ball? Normally that motif does not indicate a Queen Anne style.

    A picture of the mark is needed. If it is Wm Rogers (there are many silver Rogers makers), it is silverplate.

    Hello. You need more and better pictures- an overall image of the platter, detail images of any decoration and a clear, well-lit picture of the mark.
