    Need Help Please Regarding Mark on Allegorical Plate

    The only thing I can tell you it is a 'flow blue plate' with probably a transfer picture, could possibly be hand painted, but doubt.

    Used to push food through a sieve or ricer. I forget the technical name, maybe reamer? Mostly I used to make tomato juice when I canned.
