    Yes it is. I have one similar. I had it displayed with several flying ducks on the wall in a line to each land.

    I found more information on him, he is from Highland Utah. His company is Village Duck Works, he is retired.

    I have this same duck and many other pieces of his. The artist is Roger Davis he is from Utah, I think Alpine Utah. I love his work.
