I have this green rhinestone necklace I recently purchased and have not been able to identify the maker mark. Does any one recognize the maker mark on the tag of the necklace?

These are off-round, with slightly wavy edges
and measure anywhere from 7" - 7 & 3/8" dia.
That's a shadow of the Steuben mark.
Mark rubbed with pencil lead makes it show up
