‘The Woodcutter’ print-age?

I at first just assumed it was a modern/recent print. But the frame also made me wonder. Its 17cmx 21cm. Thank you for any comments

    I'm guessing it may be a reproduction published in "The Studio" magazine (London 1893-1964). If so, it's probably more or less contemporary with the painting... 1910ish.
