Yixing teapot ....

    This was at the thrift, it looks fairly new (I would say 1990's or more recent) but know that some of these are collectible. Any thoughts? The little bead inside the lid handle spins, teapot is signed on base and in lid. Measures just over 3 inches (without lid). Also do I have the signature oriented correctly?

    The name looks like 陈行芳 Chen Xingfang, but a quick Google search doesn't turn up any noted Yixing potter with this name
