Yellow Pottery Trumpet Vase - Marked Only #47

    Hello everyone - I've had this neat little trumpet vase for some time and am wondering if anyone knows who made it. It stands 5" tall, 5 3/8" across the top opening and 3" across the base. I was thinking Uhl but it doesn't show this shape in my book. Thanks for whatever guidance you can provide.

    Every time I look at this, I think Bauer.
    I have not, however, been able to find a match. A few were "close but no cigar" though.

    Messi -
    Bauer was my first thought too, until I saw the bottom. That is not a Bauer bottom.

    A lot of the Matt Carlton pieces did have this bottom though.
