A few more photos would be helpful. :)

I think I see seam lines?
Also, it looks like some of the yellow is rubbing off on the rim of the foot of the candlestick on the left?
From the one photo provided, they actually look like molded glass with a yellow coating... but I could be way off.

Thanks much! These are not coated and there are no seams.

I just can't sit still for positive statements. If they are not coated, how-come where the yellow is removed, it's crystal behind the yellow? Of course they're coated. The question remains, are they coated with yellow glass or a chemical stain?

Also the question remains are they pressed or had tooled? I vote for pressed and possibly fire polished to remove mold marks. That would lead toward them being chemically stained, rather than cased with yellow glass. Certainly the cutting goes through the yellow, whether it be glass or chemical stain.

I think blummz was asking about the areas I circled in red, it looks like to color is missing. Is that what it is or is it just a reflection on the rims?

I may be way off base here, but Westmoreland had a line of amber/yellow glass in the early 1920s that was called Cut Stained Glass. That's a maker you could check out. It was clear glass with elaborate cuttings and an amber stain.
