Yellow Cased Blown Mushroom Vase - Italian?

    Hello everyone - I have the feeling this is an Italian vase but thought I'd check first. It stands almost 4" tall and has a satin finish. The top is the only part that is cased. Any idea where it came from? Thanks!

    I don't know anything about it for sure, but I don't see anything that says Italian to me. If I had it ,my first thought would be to check Mt Washington or Webb.

    LOL! I had to come back to this as for some reason it made me hungry!

    It looks like a very interesting egg, that's why and I haven't had my breakfast. :)

    Don it has the mainland Italy import feel to me like the rose bowls. I like it a little different.

    I was looking through Mt washington stuff, I found a lot of the Yellow and White, but nothing that matches the shape of yours. Thought I found an exact match, but it turned out to be yours! LOL. It got there quick!

    I have a similar one that was my mom's. I always thought it was one of the West Virginia glasss companies that made it--Rainbow, Pilgrim or Kanawha. They all were influenced by their Italian employees.
