This set includes table, 4 chairs, the glass door cabinet and the hutch, it is marked blonde maple under the table.I have been having diffculty locating the exact style and set pictured, I am thinking 1930's or 40's, the table top is in excellent shape just didnt take everything off of it in these pics, any help or knowledge as to the style, manufacturer/year, and value is appreciated!!!

I think you are correct on the date. Late 30s early 40s.
I think it borders on Art Deco. The china hutch is small which is a plus for today's smaller rooms.
If you are thinking of selling, I would not sell as a set. Price the pieces individually and then if someone wants the set you can negotiate lower.

circa 1940 is right on for this. Late art deco or sometimes called art moderne, though this is a bit pedestrian for the style.

Once owned a set VERY similar that was marked Haywood Wakefield. It did not have a lot of value, but the youngsters were fighting over it - they thought it was kwel..............

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

And for my 2 cents worth, it looks like someone's taken very good care of it!!!!!

This is not Heywood Wakefield but there are certainly similarities. It also, unfortunately, will not approach the value of Heywood Wakefield.

It's a NICE set. My guess would be that it's later rather than earlier; that blonde finish didn't come in until WWII or even a little afterward.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I love the display cabinet especially.
