Woven bangle bracelet with tiny baskets

    All I can tell you is they are from the Philippines, made from a local vine called nito, and I've seen nito baskets in all sizes, from miniatures up to full size.

    You can usually buy these tiny ones by the gross from wholesale suppliers, or by the dozen at craft stores like Joann and Michaels.

    I've seen different widths of nito bracelets in tourist shops in Hawaii.This is the first time I've seen this combination of bangle and baskets, though.
