Or both :) The only mark it has is Silver on the back. It was in a job lot I bought.

Brutalism is a variant of Modernism. You could use either term but I do think it would be considered Brutalist as it falls within this (quick internet search) definition:

"Brutalism is a style with an emphasis on materials, textures and construction, producing highly expressive forms."

    Let's see what others think.

It is certainly Modernist, and as Debora said, Brutalism is one of the Modernist styles.
Here in Europe we usually call something Brutalist if it looks like nothing has been done to the material, like a rough blob of metal. This looks too 'organised' to be considered Brutalist here. But I think it would be considered Brutalist across the pond.

Thank you Deborah. It's too dark here now to get a clear photo so I've edited the original one not sure if it will be too small thumbnail_IMG_20221207_143435.jpg

This was my confusion @Any Jewelry as the style names on listings I've seen seem to vary for similar items. I guess it depends where the seller is from then.

If my objective is resale, I'd list if with the more desirable search term. I don't think either would be a mis-representation.

I would use both terms, to appeal to both sides of the ocean.;)

both terms-i used to constantly tweak the 'keywords' on Ebay Titles/Content & monitor the 'watching' (hits) stats for upticks or drops.
