The signature (K. Mills) appears on quite a few paintings on eBay and Etsy.

The frame reads "hecho en México".

    Thanks. IMG_1847.jpg IMG_1848.jpg

It's kind of sweet.. not the usual formulaic facade scenes.

Thanks, I thought it was different from the typical factory painting.

I am shocked by how much some of these K. Mills paintings are selling for. The artist is most likely not a real person. My guess is the painting is from China and the frame is from Mexico. It is always a bad sign when there are a bunch of paintings for sale by an artist, or signed the same way, yet there is no information about the artist. Sellers will sometimes try to create these phony vague histories for these factory artists. If an artist actually existed, they almost always leave at least a tidbit of a paper trail.
