    Welcome Lawrence.
A charming piece. It is Indonesian, either from the islands of Madura, north of Java, or from East Java (volcanic).
Part of East Java is culturally Madurese, and the formerly independent islands of Madura are now part of the administrative province of East Java.
The houses look like slightly exaggerated forms of Madurese houses.

I don't know if you'll ever find the artist. Ciptoning is not a surname, so either an alias or the name of a studio. Ciptoning means Creation. The C is pronounced as ch, so chiptoning.
The style of yours looks different from the one Houseful found, so it could be a different artist working for the same studio. The price of the Ciptoning piece Houseful found is in Singapore dollars, btw.

Rural Madurese houses with the raised roof centre with 'horns'. This is how extended families live together, the building at the end is for prayer:

Here’s the conversion on Housefuls link. If you are in the UK, you can check that also.

    388 Singapore Dollar equals
    291.53 United States Dollar
