Wooden candlestick holders

    Looking for advice on this pair of barley twist/open spiral hand carved candlestick holders. They are approximately 8 inches tall and have a very solid, quality feel...Many thanks

    Modern import. Would think Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or other Southeast Asian country. Possibly even Africa or Mexico. Wood seems to have a black stain to it so hard to make out type of wood and origin.
