Wire-Frame Pin with Many Pendants; How Old?

    This appears to be a one-off; there are no identifying marks that I can find. It's ~2" across the pin by ~2 5/8" long. The wire, chain an' other small metals appear to be plated brass or perhaps Nickel-silver; the sun-face is brass. The teardrop stone is a dark green, the crystal is probably quartz; neither are UV reactive. Does this look at all familiar to anyone? Thanks for lookin'!
