    As komo said, it is a souvenir from Paris, likely painted by a street artist. It has many siblings.

    I swear, to me the surname looks the same as the one of the man who started WWII.:nailbiting:

    He did paint. Mostly scenery and architecture like this.

    I know, I've seen some of his work on TV. Different style though, and different period.
