Featured Who Does This Look Like?

If you opened this thread thinking I'm trying to identify a long forgotten queen on a women's brooch or a Greek god on a pair of men's cufflinks, you will likely be disappointed.

I'm trying to figure out if this critter looks like spuds mackenzie or a recent cartoon character or possibly neither. He just looks so familiar to me. They're not likely even worth it to list, but the curiosity is killing me! Thanks to anyone who takes a look.

 

I think Spuds has one black eye.
