Featured Where was this enamel on brass tray made?

Picked this enamel on brass tray this morning, any help with the origin. It’s about 18” diameter.

It was $3 at house clearance shop bought it along with some really nice Chinese cloisonné vases and a bowl.

I do concur..I have a bowl that is similar. Seems to be Austria's version of cloisonne.

Of course but you’ll have to wait until tomorrow when I open the shop. I don’t bring much home anymore, no hoarding allowed at home.

That is lovely. Love the folk motifs, as if it is embroidered. It reminds me of Michaela Frey jewellery, also Austrian enamel.

 

I have gotten a few of the small 4" enamel trinket trays from Austria, quite well made. I've never in my life seen one 18" in diameter. That's huge! $3?? Must be something to see in person. Great colors with that striking blue border.

 

Yes I really like them. Funny thing is no one wants to buy it or the 6 smaller ones I have. Tempted to keep them but trying to keep the pile down to a minimum.

 

Are you an eBay seller? If not,, what venue are you using? I like the large one, so express moderate interest in a purchase. Thanks...

 

I was going to give them to the charity shop tbh. Not sure how much shipping would be across the pond, but if you are willing to pay the postage you can have them as a present.

 

Sorry, not the best photos, new led lighting at the shop are great but not for old iPhone cameras.

N*I*C*E! Normally when I buy cloisonne it's for resale to another dealer. Those would head straight to a shelf and there they would stay.
