Whatsit - What is this glass item?

    Best way to describe it is with pictures...rectangular - about 4" long, 2" deep, and 1.5" high. has two angular grooves on top, and a channel that runs down each side and through the base from one of the grooves. Can't seem to noodle (or google) what it is. The base has a raised diamond with the letters "WNC"
