    That's a Hebrew encampment during the Exodus, or an artist's rendition at least. It's probably a souvenir print from a tourist attraction.

    It looks similar to a biblical engraving I just pulled out of a bible dated 1875..
    it was a tabernacle in the wilderness
    just modernized
