What's this "Handmade in Israel" piece?

Size of a quarter. I thought it was broken off something, and it was a pendant but there are threads in the top. So, maybe it screws on? Is it jewelry, a decorative piece off something? Any idea on the stone?

 

The stone is eilat. Is it hollow inside? I found another one in a search that's a perfume bottle by the same maker. The lid with its dipper is missing, if so.

 

Wow. I never thought about it containing anything inside! You're right. It is hollow.

Try Israeli perfume pendant. I saw several, but none as nice as yours!

So, I guess I'm missing a dipper similar to this one.

 

Something like that. Yours seems to have had the bail attached to the lid, and that's what's missing.
