    See lots of these here in UK. I'm not a furniture expert so my best marginally educated guess is an Edwardian dining/parlour chair.

    Late 19th century mish-mash of styles. Has a bit of aestheticism going on there.

    I have the remnants of a dining room set with almost identical chairs. When I got them they came with a Huge table, and fortunately I had a Big dining room. They were very effective, but a lot of people asked about their time frame. I always said they were 'post-war.'

    The Crimean War.


    Well, they were!
