I think that mid-century glassware is becoming increasingly collectible. Why is that? Nostalgia?

And the pricing of pieces seems all over the place online-- from $30 for this to $1000 for that. Are there criteria for pricing? Or is it just the usual internet silliness?

I got this collection at two garage sales, for about $12. Not sure how to price them, so thanks for any advice!!

Go to ebay, do a search, click on Sold on the left menu to see actual selling prices.

Pottery, you are right, prices are all over, but I think market is getting saturated with it. I think I resolve my pricing dilemma. Instead of multiplying profits by 10x, I am happy with 3x or 4x, and item sells faster. It’s up to you if you are willing to wait or do quick sale and make some $$$

I'd take the cornflower pieces into my kitchen and replace some of my old stuff.(LOL) As I recall the cornflower doesn't sell for big bucks - too much of it. The Corelle bowl too maybe; it doesn't command good prices yet either.
