What's it pendant

    Same design both sides. Looks more like nickel silver but I got black tarnish off with Simichrome. The bottom chain dangles are weakly magnetic. Hollow - even the loop on top, which is dented in.     Purse dangle? Piece of a rather large earring? It would have been a neat earring if there were two of them.
