What were they making? Circa 1905 factory photo

    It's mostly women at the work benches, along with a few men. From the giant hair bows I'm guessing it's about 1905-1910, and there are electric lights so that's probably about right. No markings anywhere. It's a gelatin print, so it's probably contemporary to the image. The photo is nicely framed, so someone knew where this was and who was in the image.

    Now that makes sense. It could have been taken in Danbury or Waterbury CT; Waterbury was the button capital of the world for a while.
