It looks like a newer Asian import , but pretty nonetheless.

I agree with Johnny, newer Asian import, decorative value only

Question about this vase. It looks like the glaze was allowed to "drip" down and onto the bottom. The ring on the bottom looks like it was ground down with some of the glaze still inside the bottom ring. Is this an indicator of recent manufacture, import, or all the above?

Agree with the others that this is a newer Asian import. The running/ground glaze is not indicative of new pottery. Some of the best old pottery will exhibit this. Those three rubber dots are as indicative of Asian import as anything but there are other signs. That bright white bottom is another, as is that white glazed interior. While this bears some similarity to older Belgian pottery, the color combination and the things pointed out above don't fit.

    Newer.
The glaze was not allowed but was not controlled well, that's why run onto the base. Common for this type of transmutation glazes. You can see that on very old pieces as well. Only the Early Qing and the Imperial pieces had the glaze perfectly controlled.
