What kind of glass bottle is this?

    I think some kind of medicine bottle. Sometime they have the company name embossed on them.

    Hmmm, looks like it took a cork shoved in the end to keep the contents "pure."

    With no embossed maker on it I'm thinking it would not have been a "major" producer of a popular "patent medicine."

    The color of the bottle makes me think it might be an old flask (easy to fool the teetotalers by telling them that no liquor was that color when it was showing through aqua-colored glass). "Of course it's medicine, Maw. It tastes really awful. Just look at the color of it in this bottle." ;) :D
