The hooks were not original to the cabinet. Whoever owned it did that.

don't know where u are , but collectors need showcases to display their items....I would expect a quick sale.....at a reasonable price.

Cup hooks is exactly what they look like. Probably cup suspended above matching saucer on a stand below. Display, not dinnerware storage.

Thank you all!! Yes, I am sad to say it is missing glass in door....not sure if that can be replaced, but in a store it might be nice if you're selling, say ...... teacups and saucers! I'm gonna go for $150 and see if I get any hits (always like to start high).

Without the glass, a hard sale. Have had similar in our Midwest store with glass intact selling in the $250.00 range. Probably couldn't get the glass replaced for that.

Agree with Brad...with the missing glass, you would be lucky to get $50.00 here in Iowa.

You can replace the glass, or at least you could about 25 years ago. I have one similar, and I broke one of the pieces of glass when I moved, so found a local glass shop to replace the broken glass. Sad to say I probably wouldn't these days, since prices have come down enough that the whole piece could be replaced for less than the cost of the glass replacement. But worth at least getting an estimate before you give up on it.
