Featured What is this - Looks like a fountain w/Hindu figures all around it?

    Any idea what this is? It's 7" tall x 7" wide (at it's widest) and looks like a fountain to trickle water(?) bit has no hole or other way to direct the water.
    Any ideas would be appreciated!
