Looks to be a mid-20th century revival piece with rococo and Edwardian elements. A vitrine or display cabinet.
As Ghopper said. Hard to tell age on this from the one photo. Looks refinished? Could be a bit older than suggested but need photos of interior, hardware, drawer construction, and back.
