I see earhooks on the left of the last photo, but they don't look original.

 

Second word looks like Rocha. There's several designers with that surname, but I'm trying to think of one that fits. Reminds me of Simone Rocha, but the siggie doesn't fit.

 

Earrings!

 

Earrings! Who'd a thunk? Well, then. They do appear to have been recently repurposed from something, a necklace perhaps.

That's what I'd be thinking. Someone took a busted necklace or piece of what was left and made earrings. The mark ... I haven't the faintest. If that's an old retailer tag you may be up a creek.
