I have a small Stevens and Williams threaded glass something with two raspberry prunts. I can't find another like it.
Can anyone tell me what it was made for?
It's only 7.6 cm tall and 8.2 cm wide. DSC_0027.JPG

Votive candle? Prunts for good grip when refueling?

Boy, don't I wish it was a toothpick, but I think it's too big, it's over 3.25 inches in diameter. A votive would look nice in it, though no evidence of wax. The big thick rim discounts my tumbler idea.

I have 2 bowls that look very similar (same pink, same precise threading) that came to me with the name Nicholas Lutz of Boston Sandwich. I did find others like them with the same attribution. Might be a direction for you to investigate?

Not a votive, too early for that. They weren’t a thing, proper candles were. Spills possibly.

Not sure if it originally had a lid. There's no ledge or seat for one, unless it would have fit inside. No evidence of wear from a lid. Maybe it is a spill, or a shot glass.

If there’s no facility for a lid, I’d think it’s less likely to be for condiments, in that case.

Shoot. Thanks for the input though.
Guess I need to buy better British glass books.
