West African? Iron Spear Tip Only, No Shaft; What Do y'Say?

I almost posted this in Tribal Art...

15" long, 1 3/8" wide at the wee winglets, ~6" tip to twist inna shaft, ~1/2" X 2" shaft relief.
There is another that came with it, but very simple; a very gradually tapering spike, half again as long as this. made by the same person, though...the shaft-fitting is identical. Otherwise no twist, and not very sharp at the tip.
Any ideas about origin? Age is open; could be ten years or a couple hundred...I wouldn't know the difference. Thanks for lookin'!

I can't say it has a lot of age though....
the blade is not classic......or easy to find..

 

not easy to find at all.....but..

I am unfamiliar with an African Money Spear......

but the shape of the blade, and groove down it's length
the twist
that extra metal band where the handle fits to the opening of the metal...

it's something worth pursuing .........imo

Bingo, komo! The first is, in many details, an excellent match for mine...an the second one I wrote about but didn't show is an equal match for the other shown on that page...Congo it is, and Thank You Sincerely!

I still can't put an age on yours , but I'm now confident it's not new !

 

I was gonna put them on the Bay, confess my ignorance, and just allow the market to work its magic.
Now I'm gonna do due diligence, and then cast it into the only show in town...once inna while the market can surprise even the jaded.
