Is there a date on the back anywhere??? From the looks of the building, I'm betting it's not still standing!! BTW, I LOVE it!!!! Watercolor?

No date. Looks like acrylic on paper.
Btw, what do you call this structure?

    A scary, rikkity lighthouse?

He had one on LiveAuctioneers (different though, but a watercolor) that sold for $140. Here's the blurb that went with the sold one for general info....

"Beach Scene Watercolor by WAYNE FULCHER: Self Taught Artist Who Worked in Outer Banks, 1939-2016. Beached Work Boats with Fishing Shacks. Signed Lower Left. Matted and Framed to 22" X 31". (200-400)" So might be a general location he liked to work in...........
And to answer your question, I'm thinking a smallish local abandoned 'lighthouse' like Flipper suggested....

My mistake! I thought the one above looked a bit more solid....

Actually, I think I was right the first time...this one is terrifying.

Yeah, I know who Fulcher is. His art pops out occasionally in the stores in my area.

I don't know if that's acrylic...the sky looks like transparent watercolor. Could be gouache.

Something looks wrong with the support structure. Are there no piers on the back side?

See!? I told you it looked unstable! Is that one of the supports floating in the water on the left?
