Wax seal stamp hallmark

Hello!
Can someone help me to identify hallmark and author of this wax seal stamp? It’s made of silver.

Coincidence I’m sure, but I have a legal document dated 1903 that has a very similar wax stamp affixed.

 

Welcome, Orest. It's a very odd shape for a seal, although I confess I do not know what else it could be. Have you found any others with the same general construction? How long is this?

Brava! Knew that long thin handle had to have a reason not connected to pressing down wax.

 

Would be perfect for Caipirinha or Mint Julep!!!

As I'm always telling people trying to interpret scenes on cameos, context matters. I can more readily see someone grabbing the sugar crusher to use for a seal in a pinch than anyone designing a desk seal with a handle like that. The other dictum is 'form follows function.'

 

Considering the larger context in which my document appears (upon which I might comment sometime further down the road), I don't find it difficult to imagine this particular someone grabbing the sugar crusher to use for a seal, and oblivious to it. (I would have been.)
