Waterford Crystal Hanging Lamp Shade

Hi looking some help with this fantastic looking crystal lamp shade that I suspect might be Waterford Crystal and help on the pattern greatly appreciated.

 

It is not a Waterford Pattern that I recognize. Looks a little simple to be Waterford. What makes you suspect it is Waterford? Have you looked closely for a signature?
Waterford would probably be stamped (acid etched) on the piece someplace.

 

It reminded me of a pattern that Waterford do which I can't recall but the cut lines remind me of Waterford rather than say Tyrone and the top where the wire goes in looks like the bottom of Waterford .Will have a good look to see if it's marked just thought I would see if someone recognised the pattern and shape, thank you for replying .
