    This is a framed watercolor that measures about 8x10 inches
    It is signed at the Bottom "KIKI" OR or close to that.
    Any info would be appreciated '

    I see "Kiki" too. Looks like a student work. And, as always, it's helpful to include frame in photograph because it provides an indication of when artist was working which, in turn, could facilitate identification.
