    Watercolor painting signed Morbisch-Burgenland A. Schmid 92. I have had no luck in finding any info on the artist, perhaps it is a tourist piece from this area of Germany?

    I would say tourist art.

    Looking up the area online, Austria (as Deborah said) with a strong Hungarian influence.

    I wouldn't have pegged this as either. First impression was a hot and sunny clime - maybe even Spain or Portugal.
