Watercolor, Location & Signatures

    Do you think it is a fantasy or real place? There seems to be too signatures that look like being impressed, C. Silbey and R. Tily? And the year '70.

    Kardinalisimo, I'm making a wild guess here but . . .

    Could the wording after "C. Silbey" possibly be "Italy '70" ???

    I think at one point it looked like Italy to me as well. It would make sense to be something else than second signature.
    Hill town and Italy, quite a few there. Somewhere in Tuscany maybe?
