    Hi,
I picked up 3 water colours done by the same artist, looks like DuFour to me. Each one is 14" x 6 1/2". From the framer label I would say they are from the late 60s. I have found one artist, Marcellin DuFour but I don't believe these are done by him. So maybe an unknown artist?
    any ideas or info appreciated.
    thanks for looking

I believe that these are tourist w/colour souvenirs of Quebec City -- sort of like the sites of Paris that one so often sees. Rue sous le fort means "street under the fort." You also have St. Louis gate (very iconic part of Quebec City) and the last says "historic museum." You might get a rough idea of age due to the fact that there is no postal code on the gallery address on the back (probably the framer).

Street art - I never thought of that, thank-you Wendy! yes, I think late 60s with these.
