Featured Wash stand?

    I'm clearing out an estate and came across this item. I believe it's a wash stand but there is nothing identifying the piece. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Looks like a sideboard to me. What are the dimensions?

    Hmmm, 30-1/2" sounds a bit low to the floor for a sideboard.

    Also, are those "casters" (rollers) on the bottom of the legs?

    Too big for a washstand. I'd say sideboard or server.

    Would also call this a server. Also think English but suppose it could be Continental. Circa 1910 seems about right to me but those more knowledgeable about English furniture might know better. Wood is mahogany.

    Pretty typical of a late 19th/early 20th British sideboard. We don't call them servers, and I'm using the term British, because it could have been made in Wales or Scotland, of course.
