Was she in a movie?

Hey folks

I got this recently and the owner said she was watching a movie and saw the exact same picture on a wall. Anyone know who she is other than “The Victorian Lady”?

 

Someone's mother, I imagine. And wearing all of her finery. The former owner doesn't remember the name of the movie?

She doesn’t I wish she did too but she did say she’ll contact me as soon as she remembers.

 

I think a quick glimpse of a portrait of Queen Victoria in a movie might be mistakenly seen as this picture.




Yours does look quite the 'grand dame'.
