Does anyone recognize this beautiful bookcase or have any ideas on year/maker? It came with a house we just purchased from a 80 year old woman. She said it was her father’s and came over from Germany with him on a ship. But that is all I know! I’d love to find out more about its worth, style, craftsmanship etc. It is extremely heavy and appears to be one piece with the top trim being removable… any ideas?
