W. & E. Corn Ironstone Teapot?

Hello. I have been researching this Ironstone Teapot my Grandmother has to try and estimate around how old it may be, but I am having trouble with the stamp on the bottom.

It is a W. & E. Corn Ironstone Tea pot, that was hand painted for my Grandmothers, Great Grandparents for their wedding. While many of the tea pots I've seen online have the raised wheat pattern this one seems to have a leaf pattern that someone painted gold overtop.

The stamp at the bottom however doesn't seem to match any of the guides. They have the same coat of arms as the ones listed to have been manufactured between 1864-1891 but the wording doesn't match. It also has a raised stamp that matches the shape of the items used from 1900-04 but the writing is not clear enough for me to make out.

I have seen many of these teapots listed on ebay, etsy and other online shops for between $50-350. value is not my concern at this moment, we are trying to determine how old it may even be.

From looking online the way the writing is around the coat of arms matches a different company style.

Any ideas?
