Vintage spark plug tie clip

    The dimensions are 1 3/8" x 3/16" x 3/8"
    The round back ground behind the spark plug has a 3/4" dimension
    I would like to find out its material and its decade?

    You might want to get a sunshine cloth and give your stuff a quick going over to brighten them up and get the fingerprints off.
