I purchased this at a thrift store a couple of days ago. The canvas is 28" X 20". I think the stretcher bars and canvas were done by the artist, there are no identifying marks on the back. There is a small repair which was very well done, can't tell from the front. I would think that it dates to the 1960's. I think I may have seen the signature before. I purchased it in Michigan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Charlie,
I suspect you and Debra are correct. After doing some research it appears that ducks in flight was a common theme for these decorative type paintings. I was hoping I could find at least one other example by the artist, no luck. Oh well, can’t get it right all of the time.
