Vintage light fixture chandelier w/faces

I'm guessing it's from the 60's or 70's, would that be about right?
Where from?
Would this be considered Art Nouveau in style?, or a different style? I can't tell if the faces are of a man or woman. Any thoughts are so wonderful & thanks for your time.
It's about 16" high.

I wouldn't call this Art Nouveau styling, but I don't know what it would fall under.

Looks like. These days some people would hang that in the bathroom. It could also fall under 60s California/Spanish Bordello style, doubly so if the dangles were colored glass instead of clear.

 

It's something a cross between Art Nouveau and Hollywood Regency styles. I agree about the MCM date too. Decorative pieces with the faces seem to do very well, best of luck with it.

 

I think Italian neoclassical. Think the 60s date is probably correct.
