Vintage "Harbor Scene" Watercolor-Artist-Signature I.D. Help??

    Assuming the bottom line says "Rome," the last name may be "Kummer" or "Kummen."

    Where is that last signature from? Another painting? Looks like the first scene says le Havre.

    The second signature is another example,from a second painting.....I could not find any similar works under Kummer or Kummen??

    There are artists with the last name of "Kummer" listed on askart.com, but none of the first names fit. Searches didn't bring up anything for me, either.
