Vintage French turned pottery bowl signed

    Does anyone have a clue about the signature? I just cannot make it out and it is really a fabulous bowl. Pretty sure it is vintage. Thank you so much for looking. It measures 5.32 x 10.32 inches IMG_1319.jpeg IMG_1318.jpeg

    Definitely looks like it should be the other way up. Other than that sorry I have no idea

    First name looks like Jorg. Not very French, but why not.;)

    Try a light rubbing and see if any letters emerge. It's quite a stylized signature and the photo shadows are making it difficult to see individual letters.
